Hangin' out with the little bros.

Brad started work in July...meaning hanging out 24/7 with my favorite person came to an end.  So sad.  I wasn't working, so I hung out with the little brothers.

On 7/11, we went to Seven Eleven for our free Slurpees.  I don't really even like Slurpees.  Case in point...I'm pretty sure I let my mom finish mine despite the miniscule size.  But of course the bros love them.  So we went.  And used the selfie stick to memorialize the event.  Ha.

Then my parents went on Trek with the stake, my older younger siblings went to Europe with our grandparents, Brad went to Dallas for work training, and I stayed home with Grant and Jim.  We went to a park a day and played lots of catch.  This is Jim waiting for his turn to catch.
The next day we went to a park we had never been to before.  It was a pretty large park and the majority of people there were playing Pokemon Go.  That was right after it came out.  It was pretty hilarious to watch people staring at their phones standing in groups or wandering around.  Anyway, we fed some ducks/geese and played some more catch.  And then we took another selfie.  So precious.

Back to Utah.

A few weeks after the Bahamas we drove up to Utah for Brad's old roommate's wedding!  Plus, we were going to bring home the rest of our stuff we couldn't fit in our car when we drove home at the end of April.  We were up there for a few days and had some time to kill so Brad took me to all the classic Provo spots that I managed to never go to while I was going to school there.

First we went to Squaw Peak.  Yes, Brad grew a beard.  Being around him so much, I thought it was so funny when everyone in Utah was so shocked by it.  But looking at it now, I understand.  That was pretty dang long compared to the norm.

And then we went to Bridal Veil Falls.

And on the way home, we stopped by the cemetery in Nephi to visit Brad's grandma's grave.  She passed away a little over a month before I met Brad.  I can't wait to meet her some day!
